Windows power settings and the American hours
Pakistan keeps UTC+5 through the year. With European clocks on winter time the London session opens around 13:00 local and the New York session around 18:00, each an hour earlier in the northern summer, and the American stretch then continues past midnight. Power settings decide whether the machine is still working at that point, since a computer configured to suspend itself stops updating its charts until it is woken again.
MetaTrader 4 and MetaTrader 5 install on Windows 10 and Windows 11 as ordinary desktop programs, and the layout they hold is stored on the computer. Instruments, timeframes and drawn levels are still in place the following evening, so a session starts with the market rather than with rebuilding the workspace.
The installer is needed once, and it should be taken from the download link on this page rather than from a mirror found elsewhere. Where installing is not an option on a particular computer, the same account opens in a browser on it instead, which keeps the desktop route a preference rather than a requirement.

Desktop app or web on the PC
If you would rather not install a desktop app, the Exness Terminal runs in any browser on the PC with nothing to download. MetaTrader gives more advanced charting and automated trading; the web terminal starts without an install.
